A veteran of the hospitality industry, Marusca Innocenti has been in the tourist business since 1996... working in travel agencies, prominent MICE Companies from world wide hotel chains to privately owned wedding and event venues. The diversity of challenges she faced in her career gave her the opportunity to personally experience and thus get to know the tourist market's immense variety, grasping the needs and critical issues of different market segments. Marusca has experienced (and lived through!) the change from the "word of mouth" era to the age of the golbal web and society advertising. Marusca is certain that what ever the time cycle, it is the people that make the difference with their professionality, knowledge and expertise. THese assets must at all times, filter through and get to the guest, whether you are physically in fromt or behind the scenes.
Marusca was borne in Florence and has kuved surrounded by art, beauty and tourism since she was a child and is proud to represent and promote her homeland as the ideal destination on behalf of Florencetown... a company that believes in these skills.
